Some travel is required which I dont like. Constant deadlines. I could make 60k a year maybe more. But I dislike telephones and office cubicles. Teaching is more related to my interests. Summers off, writing, research, independence, instructing others---but the pay is low. However, I get a pension after 20 years. Working for govt. is good. Im a male(39 y.o.) Don't freak out. Every pregnant woman has worries and fears. You cannot control what happens when it's a miscarriage. If they don't see/hear a heartbeat, they will probably tell you to wait a week or two. A pregnancy isnt locked in officially until 15 weeks. This is when they will tie an incompitent cervix, and do anything to keep a baby in. Until then, they let life run it's course. If the baby is thriving and matching well with your body, it will keep. No need to stress, just makes the waiting worse. Good luck! :)

I'm a 34yr old female - no siblings. Basiclly i'm lucky enough to have met a very speical therapist, who i've seen on and off for 19yrs, since i was 15yrs old. Bare in mind, not constant, I've had breaks of 5/6yrs in therapy and then when i encountered some difficulties i would contact her again for advice. I have enormous respect and love for her, shes just a great person and she helped me build my character and gave me encouragement in my darkest moments. My own mother (who i absolutely love) and forgive and want the best for has now had to go to institutional care. She is only 69 and physically fit and healthy but has a very disruptive mental condition where only professional nursing care can give her the attenton she needs. I live 2 hrs from her. I'm in regular contact. My father was absent all my life - with a bit of contact, i love him very much too. Anyway, I done ok for myself in life, ok job, moved away and have a very special partner - a great guy this past 10yrs. However, life has turned challenging for us. We have both lost our jobs, my mother is now in nursing home ( but not settled, which is very upsetting) and my dad has developed cardiac problems. Anyhow, as i dont have siblings or close family, dealing with my parents causes me great stress. This past 2yrs have been fierce diffiuclt. My mother has been begging me to give up my partner and life and move in with her and care for her at home. I stay with her some weekends and holidays ( all xmas) away from my partner, but even if i leave the house for one hour shes crying and rining people and throwing violent tantrums, so i couldnt do it. My father wont either but has expressed dissatisfaction that i wont live nearby. Actually they are both cold and distant and very critical of me for keeping my distance and buiding my own life. They feel i should be living near them and caring for them and marrying someone from the neigbourhood. Yet if i did, they would consume me and my mother is very very disruptive and verbally abusive. They have more or less intonated that they will leave me off their wills and not give me any inheritance. Anyhow, since this has erupted real badly, I've contacted my therapist again with the hope of building tools to be stronger and able to live with their possible abandonment. Now that my partner and i have lost our jobs, it is likely we will have to emigrate. I feel that will do it for my parents, and that they will disown me. So anyway, i'm back with my therapist. However, I find feelings developing where i wish this woman, who is so positive and lovely would love me as a daughter. I know this wont happen as its a theutic relatinship. She has other clients. I'm not the only one and I know its probably part of the service to make clients feel good. This is causing me great anxiety (these feelings) as they are taking away from what i've gone to therapy for and i'm spending days ruminating on these feelings. I really wish i didnt have them. Please note they are not ual. I just enjoy her company so much and connect on such a deep level, and i'm finding it hard to translate all this into everyday relationships now. I also feel distant from my partner and i really dont want to. I'm afraid if i discuss all this with her, she may tell me to go to another therapist, and I really, after 19years could not face this, it would really really upset me. Do you think she will be able to handle these feelings and help me work through them? I just want to express them. I dont expect her to want me as a daughter, that aint happening, i know. so far she has told me over and over that im a really special client, that i'm a unique type of person, reduced my fees, gone over 20mins in the sessions, told me i could text over xmas day if i was stressed with mum. I didnt, i always respect her space. However, I find myself, wtih these recent stresses, more and more wantign to spend more time with her and to get more encouragement from her and i really really admire her and feel a lovely energy from her. Has anyone ever seen fake/counterfeit MAC shade sticks?

There are two shade sticks right now on ebay that I know for a fact have been discontinued for quite some time now. The seller however, is only listing them as being "sold out". There are pictures of the actual shades sticks, not stock photos. In fact, I checked their other listings and there are no stock photos at all. This person is listing predominately MAC auctions and i've checked the seller feedback and it's all good for the MAC products, however the bidding has ended at very low amounts for all, which may or may not just be a coincidence. I wouldn't buy anything else from this person out of caution, because if I do buy any MAC on ebay at all, I buy it from a few reputable sellers that I know and have been selling MAC on ebay for years. I am depressed, help?

Im in my teens, i have no friends as most of the ones i did have i pushed away after feeling as though i didn't fit in and came to the realization i did not enjoy their company. I hate school, it takes me great effort to make it through the day, every time i attempt to talk to people i criticize myself for feeble attempts of making conversation. I have recently become extremely ytical, i do not like my dad, i like his personality even less, i have no motive to this but he bores me and has little conversation in him (lack of personality i feel). I now realize i am just like him, i have no personality no matter how much i try, i enjoy watching films listening to music but i can't remember anything about the films i watch etc. as i have the worst memory in the world. This makes me extremely angry and frustrated as i can't share my opinions of things as i cannot remember anything. I am now very dependant on my mother, although i am often short tempered and mean to her, at the weekends i never see friends anymore i might go for breakfast with my mother but thats the extent of my weekends excitement, i hate this and by the end of almost each day i feel empty and lost, i have no motivation to make attempts at planning things with people as i rarely enjoy it due to being awkward and nervous, (i also believe i have some form of social anxiety) i make pathetic attempts at conversation and have nothing in common with most people. I feel trapped, food is my only escape and also feels like my only friend, i eat allot especially at night when i feel worst, as i know the next morning i have to face school, or just another day that requires too much effort.. i have no push in school anymore i rarely do homework although im somehow managing to p all my subjects. I am stupid, i have average intelligence but at this rate i know i will never make it to university as it will be too much confrontation. All i want to do is sit and have the company of my mum. This isn't normal i have a dependency on her, she is my only friend and i believe it is hurting her seeing me like this but she has a slightly oblivious tendency and hasnt thought that it would help me to see a therapist.. I have very low self esteem, at least i can admit that. I hate everything i do, i have given up the only hobby i did as i repeatedly told myself how bad i was at it, although the honest truth is i was awful, so maybe that was merely realization. Adhesive for tiling entryway w/porcelain tile?

I,am about to start a tiling project using porcelain tile and was wondering if there is a special thinset I need to use in order to tile porcelain. I currently have a vinyl sheet flooring which has plywood underneath and was wondering if i could apply the thinset directly over the vinyl floor or if its better to apply it to the plywood itself in order to attach backerboard or do I even need to apply backboard and should I just tile over the vinyl flooring or plywood. Since the start of this pregnancy I have told my concerns to the midwifes that I may still have it, but they have brushed me off saying they dont Screen for it and only do regular urine tests. I have the same trouble, my computer won't recognize any external drives, it's a plug n play device meaning you should be able to hook to a usb connector on your motherboard and it should work, I think that it's a motherboard problem from the research that i've done on it. you can go into your BIOS and make sure that plug n play devices are enabled, I tried that and mine were, I was also told to run the system file checker which I did and that didn't work, I went into device manager and uninstalled it then rebooted and that didn't work, the only thing I didn't do was flash my BIOS. I figure it's the motherboard and right now I can't afford another one so I just decided to live with it the way it is.btw my usb connector on my media card reader works also and I've tried to connect other media card readers to my computer also and that didn't work.

Female and male betta fish question.?

Every night around 8:30pm to 12AM my bettas are always acting strange. My Red male betta always go up to the surface and open his mouth, I think he's trying to blow bubbles, but he can't because I think he's still young. He does this every night and he gets really angry then hides in his cave for a long time.. My female betta always looking depressed everytime the male betta is hiding. I don't know much about betta but I know they can't be kept together.. I have a divider for them, and they always communicate throughout the days, but when is night time they always act strange. The female betta is way bigger than my male betta, but I think she likes him.. I think he likes her too, but something it's not right. I don't want to breed them and have little betta babies.. I just like to keep them in the divider and let them communicate. They are healthy, and eat like pigs but every night they are always acting strange. Should I release the dividers, and let them touch each other but keep a close eye on them? Again, I don't want little betta babies.. I think my female betta is ready to breed, but my male not because there's no betta nest, but he does like her.. Should I take the divider out and see what happens?

God was seen by the old prophets as fearsome and vengeful, jealous and cruel. When in fact God just wanted to save his people, and be their God. They thought God caused evil to happen as well as good. God can only see and do good, so Jesus came around to explain all this to the Jews, and others. God does allow evil to occur, but he doesn't cause evil. Evil is caused by human beings who follow the wrong god. Good is from people who do the will of God and put his will above their own. It's not that God changed, just the interpretation of the nature of God changed because he was presented in a different way, seen from a different angle.

No, never. Happiness is a gift - when I feel it, I rejoice in respect of that gift and try to p it on to someone else - to perpetuate happiness. If you want to get a good feeling, just turn someones tears into a smile of contentment by highlighting something good for them to enjoy the thought of. I have been taking .5 mgs of xanax for years with no ptroblems. However. I would like to change to something called klonopin as sometimes have amnesia on the xanax. My dr. wants to give me vistaril, which to me sounds like an enhanced version of benadryl, which I already take. By the way, the reason for the medication is I have crippling anxiety attacks to the point of not leaving home. Can someone PLEASE explain the difference between vistaril and klonopin? It depends on your skill level. You can do about anything in every 3d graphic program. Google Sketch is free, Blender is either free or very cheap I don't remember. The best one for me is 3ds max but that one is expensive. You might also wanna try simple vector drawing in Adobe Illustrator at first but once again it's pricey.

Yeah, I noticed that this season especially is nothing how it use to be. Before it would focus more on the fashion shoots and the actual modeling. Now, it's almost all about the drama in the house. Tyra seems to be making much more appearances and acting really dumb.I think it's all in an effort to boost ratings for the show, which have been slipping over the last few seasons. They had horendous injuries at the beginning of the season, now they are considered one if not the top team. Ohio state did not even play anyone, there division was weak this year. I have 4 guppies in a cycling tank. The tails are disappearing on 2 of them. The other 2 are fine. What is up?

I have a cycling tank with 2 gray guppies and 2 fancy guppies. The fancy guppies are the ones with the ragged tails. One of the gray ones is pregnant. She seems a little aggressive. She chases anything that gets even a little close. I have read about fin rot but wasn't sure because some of them are fine and didn't know if I should put any chemicals in a cycling tank. I have had the tank for 4 to 5 weeks. Right now the ammonia and nitrate levels are high but not extremely. I have been changing the water weekly (about 30-40%) and vaming the gravel. The fish seem to be doing well except for the tail problem. I have a 5 gal. tank with a 3-stage bio-wheel filtration system. (I know I need a bigger tank if I'm having fry). This is my first tank and I have been trying to read everything I can to make it a good life for these fish. Thank you in advance for all your help!

Will Prednisone and/or Amoxicillin cause urinary incontinence in dogs?

My dog was recently started on a combination of Prednisone and Amoxicillin by the vet. The vet think she was bitten by fire ants and she has mutliple sores on her head. She's been scratching so when I took her to the vet last night, that's what she got started on. She did fine last night, went outside late in the evening and when I woke up this morning, I saw she had peed in the floor! This is VERY unusual for her! I work 12 hours shifts and if I can't get anyone to take her out she will occionally have to stay by herself - she has never once peed in the house when I've worked 12 hours!!! She hasn't peed in the floor since she was a small puppy!! I don't know what's wrong with her....Help!

Okay, so I have a sterling silver ring with letters carved in the ring and then the carved letters are filled in black. The black has worn off but the carved letters are still there. My little girls are growing up?

They're getting older I understand that. They're going to be turning 13 (they're having a Bat Mitzvah) in a month and a half. They've found their own identity. Their still similar, but at the same time different. They're both very outgoing, and have a lot of friends. I've also noticed a change in style. I used to shop at target, K-Mart, Macy's, etc. I used to dress them alike every chance I got. And now they're all about American Eagle, that racist store I can't remember the name, but their symbol is a moose, Urban Outfitters, pretty much everything with the name American in it, and whatever other store teens shop at. There was once a time when I couldn't separate them! Now they hang out with there own people. They dyed their hair one cut theirs shoulder length. I knew this would happen, but not so soon! I have two older kids, but they're both boys. Any advice?

Ok, So i am 16 and i have been wearing training bras since i was in 6th grade because of the whole gym thing. Talking to my mom and telling her I needed one was one of the worst experiences of my life. And like I'm a teenager so i wear v-neck shirts and tight shirts so I have to wear the training bra under it. My mom always makes fun of me about how I have nothing and how flat chested I am. We are not close at all which makes everything so hard. And then I have an older sister(just a year difference) who thinks she's so much better than me because she wears real bras. But I checked and she only wears 32A which is really small and sometimes she wears padded ones, and I got curious so I tried on some of hers when she wasn't around and they fit perfectly! Like sometimes I'll wear cami's with the built in shelf thing but it's really obvious that I don't wear a bra and sometimes my show but my mom does nothing except make fun of my small chest.But I know that I'm a 32A and sometimes I'll even steal my sister's to wear and no one notices the slight difference. It's very embarring that I haven't started growing because I am 16. It's summer and I really need bras to wear under stuff like summer dress and tank tops. My mom just makes fun of me about everything and refuses to buy me anything,even new panties and socks!!! How do I talk to her? And I would ask my sister but she makes fun of me even more! Advice on how to talk to my mom?!?!? I don't even know how to bring up the conversation of bras. My mom doesn't even like buying me new training bras so I wear the same ones over and over again until it actually rips and I have none left. Right now I have 2 but you can see that I'm starting to grow and it is so obvious and I know guys are noticing too! Please help!

The military sans the deployments are no different than any other job. SAT math practice?

I raised my math SAT score by about 150 points by attending cles at Karen Dillard's (a Texas-based SAT prep course). I'm not exactly sure where you live, but if you can find a similar institution, it will really help your scores (in all three areas). Using a prep book will help you, but the main thing is learning fast ways of approaching different math problems. Most of the time, you know the math, but spend so much time trying to figure out what to do and then actually working out the problem, that you don't get much done. Raising your score 100-200 points it not out of reach. I only studied at Karen Dillard's for 2 months (once a week) and raised my math score from a 580 to a 700. Good luck!

Hi, I am dreaming of a career as an Airline Pilot, however...I am from a very poor family. My parents are too ill to work, so they are on DLA etc and are always short of money and in debt. I am installing the timber laminate flooring in my house after the builder has finished construction as it is cheaper that way. The builder has asked me if I want them to put the skirting boards on and then use a extra little half-moon dowel piece to hide the edges of the laminate, or leave the skirting boards off for me to install and paint after the laminate is done. Which looks better when finished, and easier to do, skirting boards on or off before the laminate goes down?

Contact a rescue shelter that has a no kill policy and make sure you find out this or it's probable they'd be euthanized. Call the Humane Society, the one in our area has a strict no kill policy where as or city's animal control has a 72 hour kill policy. There's plenty of mama cats that are willing to adopt and nurse another cat's kittens. Make sure they are kept warm and I'd seriously worry about dehydration. Mama cat can be rescued at a later date. But at this stage they require mamas milk to meet their nutritional needs.

Home depot or Lowes sells Epoxy garage floor kits. It's a 2 part mix that is pretty thick. Once mixed you don't have a lot of work time so you squeegee it out real thin and then go over it with a dry roller to spread it evenly. It has some fumes so you want to ventilate the area. The next day you will basically have a plastic coating on the floor that will last forever and will clean up easy.

I became anorexic about a year and a half ago and, of course, had all these obsessive, stressful thoughts about food all the time. I've gained the weight back and now I'm fine...physically. Mentally, however, I'm not fully healed. I still pick at my food little by little and pretend I dropped it on the floor or something to avoid the calories. I feel bad for eating a little too much cheese...today, for example, I had a burrito from Taco Bell and I feel like I should've taken out some of the cheese to avoid all the fat. I eat only half a scoop of oatmeal for breakfast with a banana. Little things like that all the time. If I ate too much of one thing, I start skimping on fruits even. I need advice on how to get over this. How do I stop feeling bad about the cheese today? My parents still watch my eating and I think the number one reason I didn't remove any of the cheese today was because I was afraid they'd ask about it and I'd have to lie to them. Now I feel like I should've lied!

The bank is most likely concerned if you paid a low price for the property and are making let's say the typical investor $100K, you did not renovate the property correctly.
