Is Twilight annoying anyone else?

Yep, but to be fair I haven't read them. I know of a few girls that hate it, though. One has said that the best compliment Edward gave to whatever girl was that her "hair smelled good", and that the characters were shallow... especially the girl. All she did was whine. I don't think it has a good impact on teenage girls, if this is the case. Expecting to be pouty AND finding the "perfect" guy.
