Cal Poly SLO or UC Santa Cruz?

Hi, I got accepted into both and can't decide which to choose. I plan to major in Business, but I may switch. I hear Cal Poly's business program is better than UCSC, but it's a CSU compared to Santa Cruz which is a UC. Please give me some advice.
