I threw up about 30-45 minutes after taking my kidney medication. Do I need to take them again?

I've been been queasy all day and ended up throwing up. I didn't see any of my pills in my vomit but I don't know if I need to retake my medication or what to do. I have a kidney transplant and am worried this may be problematic. Thank you for any help.
