Can someone please help me understand this chemistry question?

When Carbon compounds are listed they are usually listed Carbon first Hydrogen second, Oxygen third, and then whatever else in it in increasing atomic number. So yours would be CHOPb along with their subscripts. Its just how people write the compounds so people know you are talking about Organic Chemistry, even though there is a huge Lead atom in the compound. ++++ Wow! you are fast! 8P
