Protein Shake?
Protein shakes alone will not make a difference in whether you lose or gain weight. Shakes can be used as a meal replacement preferably after you workout. If you want to get big eat more, and lift heavy. I hate to break it to you but lifting weight with just a curl bar isn't going to give you good results. Maybe you're arms will get a little big but that's it. You need do workout all your muscles, and each muscle maybe do 4-6 exercises. Yes, if you are taking creatine drink tons of water (a little less than a gallon a day) Green tea is good because it has antioxidants and speeds up your metabolism, but you don't need to drink it more than twice a day
