What is the maximum no. of days that a man can not have nocturnal discharge?

I am 24 male, have been masturbating since 6 yrs thus never get regular discharge but used to get it when few days would p without doing masturbation, but for the last 20-25 days i havent done masturbation but still i m not getting nocturnal discharge which is making me worried. Also today after i had ped urine, i got a drop of semen which never happened before.
