i gotta agree with tiger u wouldnt get a ticket for that ! how ever the effect ur refering to is the red/blue shift of light as it travels, closer to u its bluer if it goes further from u redder but thats red/blue no green invovled so if the cop knew anyhting and didnt miss a beat hed just school u and laugh with his smart buddies behind ur back
