You did not state and maybe you do not want to, but it must be you have not owned the property long and are doing a flip. The bank is most likely concerned if you paid a low price for the property and are making let's say the typical investor $100K, you did not renovate the property correctly. Maybe you just put lipstick on a pig. I do not think you have to disclose your profit and I would not, I would just tell them the information is confidential.
