My hurt i'm a 13 year old male?

My left nipple started to hurt a month ago whaen you touch it or bump it and my right nipple was fine a few weeks later my right nipple started getting the same pane. Now both hurt when poked or pushed! It feels like there's a small bump under them now please help quick! I'm scared...):
