Foreign Policies of the United States?

The US and all powerful states throughout history are as aggressive and imperialistic as they can afford to be at any given time. As America has gained wealth the state has been able to extract more from the public to fund their adventures. With central banking, fractional reserve banking and deficit spending now at their disposal they can wage wars without having to raise taxes and thus get less backlash from the public. Eventually these monstrosities collapse for economic reasons as will the American empire.
