I have all of the symptoms..?

of a l infection(including a greenish discharge and itchiness, sorry if tmi), but my ob did swab tests the other day for trich, bv, yeast infection, chlamydia, and gonorrhea and they all came back negative. I have not been ually active for the past six months. What in the world is going on?
