Exactly where has yahoo briefcase gone?

I have searched and read all of the criteria and questions concerning yahoo briefcase, but I have yet to figure out exactly where it is, if it still exists, and if it does exist, how do I put things in it, and after putting things in it, how do I retrieve them. Is there an easier alternative?
