What is a good job that could turn into a career without a degree or experience?

Well like you said the only way to get top pay with added benefits is to either get an education or certification..or both if applicable. Popular to contrary belief there are not many get rich quick or get rich easy schemes...well not for the majority of the population. I would say get that certification and maybe see if the company who offered it or perhaps a similar company/industry.
